At PARADISE, every order is packed with care and intention. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every customer.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.
Shipping Timeline
Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days across India depending on your location and courier service availability.
Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally vary during high-demand periods, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Order Tracking
Customers will receive shipping and delivery updates through SMS, WhatsApp, or email once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Delivery Address
Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details, including full address, contact number, and pincode, to avoid delivery delays or failed deliveries.
PARADISE will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or non-response, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery based on their policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Currently, PARADISE only accepts prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details at:
